Rawalpindi (UrduPoint News - February 12, 2025) Founder PTI Imran Khan has decided to send a third letter to Army Chief General Asim Munir today. Founder PTI has noted the contents of the letter to party leaders. Imran Khan’s third letter will contain 6 points. Talking to the media outside Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi, founder PTI’s lawyer Faisal Chaudhry said that founder PTI has decided to send a third letter to Army Chief General Asim Munir today.

Imran Khan has included deep structural reforms, damage to democracy due to government policies and other points in his third letter. He said that founder PTI has given instructions to party leaders to note the contents and all the points regarding the third letter.

It should be noted that earlier Imran Khan had said that he had written two letters to Army Chief General Asim Munir because all the democratic paths had been eliminated.

First there was censorship, now Pika has also come and social media has also been blocked. While talking to journalists in Adiala Jail, the founder of PTI explained the reasons for writing letters to the Army Chief. He said that we did not say February 8, but only asked for a judicial commission for May 9 and November 26. He had only two objectives, one was to prevent the rigging of February 8 from being revealed and the other objective was to keep PTI in jails.

What is the use of talks in such a situation? There was no use of talks, I had also told my team. I had no hope that talks with the government would be successful. The founder of PTI had also said while talking that Pakistan’s democracy had ended today. Pakistan’s number in the Rule of Law Index of the World Justice Project was 140 out of 142. The judiciary was massacred after the 26th Constitutional Amendment.

The parliament was not functional, it was a fraud parliament. The Prime Minister, President and ministers were fake. I had no hope from the Parliament. PTI founder Imran Khan had also said that I told Justice Yahya Afridi that the nation was looking at you. The Chief Justice of Pakistan needed to stand up for law and justice. At that time, there was a democracy of hypocrisy and criticism was made into treason. The media was controlled, protests and rallies were not even allowed.
