Islamabad (UrduPoint News Today/ Pakistan Point News - APP. 03 January 2025) Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has reiterated his resolve to completely wipe out the Khawarij sedition and said that for the development and prosperity of Pakistan, everyone will end this sedition together. The poison being spread against Pakistan on social media must be stopped. The elements involved in the conspiracies being made against Pakistan are fully aware of them. Those who believe that the sacrifices of our soldiers will go in vain are in a big mistake.

Addressing the meeting of the Apex Committee of the National Action Plan under his chairmanship on Friday, the Prime Minister welcomed the federal ministers, the Army Chief, the Chief Ministers of the four provinces, the Chief Secretaries, the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, the Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan and the senior officials participating in the meeting.

The Prime Minister congratulated the participants that Pakistan has assumed its responsibilities as a non-permanent member of the Security Council.

The Prime Minister said that our responsibilities in the Security Council are for two years, Pakistan will play its full role in international diplomacy with all its capabilities in this capacity. The Prime Minister also appreciated the efforts of the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister and their team to become a non-permanent member of the Security Council. The Prime Minister said that Pakistan will play its diplomatic role for world peace in a good manner.

The Prime Minister said that the CTD is being strengthened in the provinces, Punjab is at the forefront in this regard. He said that the police must be equipped with modern training, technology and equipment, and recruitment must be made on merit. Especially in such situations when the enemy is ambushing for nefarious purposes, these steps are very important. Foreign infiltrators in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are enemies of the peace of the country.

The attack that took place a few days ago from across the border has been given a befitting reply. Various conspiracies are being hatched against Pakistan in Balochistan, and the foreign hands involved in them are fully aware of where and from where they are getting support. The Prime Minister said that the dream of Pakistan's development and prosperity can be realized only when we all work together to improve the peace and security situation in the four provinces, the federation, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir.

He said that the time has come to completely wipe out the Khawarij sedition, the federation, provinces and defense institutions will have to adopt a coordinated strategy together, as the Prime Minister, I have no likes or dislikes for the development and prosperity of Pakistan, national interest is above all and I am sure that this is the thinking of all the participants. If this thinking is implemented, there will be no difficulty.

He said that on the digital front, the enemies and agents sitting outside Pakistan who are spewing poison and the way they are campaigning against Pakistan on social media has become a huge challenge in itself, an environment against Pakistan is being created by distorting lies and facts. The Prime Minister said that the kind of propaganda that was spread by distorting facts and spreading lies under the guise of the recent attack on Islamabad is unprecedented in recent times. If it is not countered, all efforts will go in vain. He said that the federation is taking steps in this regard, the provinces must also play their role. The Prime Minister expressed regret over the fact that false stories were made about the martyred Rangers during the attack on Islamabad. The Prime Minister said that the eternal sacrifices made by the armed forces, police and law enforcement agencies will not go in vain. Those who want to waste them are in a big mistake. Pakistan will remain stable and permanent thanks to the sacrifices. Together, we will end the sedition and put Pakistan on the path of development.\932
