Neelum (Point News Today / Pakistan Point News - APP - December 16, 2024) A rally was taken out in Azad Kashmir's Neelum area in memory of the martyrs on the tenth anniversary of the APS Peshawar tragedy. A rally was taken out from District Complex Eighth Place to Shuhada Bin Tal Chowk. The rally was led by Extra Assistant Commissioner Chaudhry Basharat. Tributes were paid to 144 martyrs of the Peshawar tragedy.
Civil society, traders' association, students and people of all faiths participated in the rally in large numbers. The participants of the rally also expressed their sympathy to the families of the martyrs of Army Public School Peshawar on December 16, 2014. The participants of the rally had inscribed slogans against terrorists on banners. On this occasion, the speakers, Extra Assistant Commissioner Chaudhry Basharat, President of Anjuman Tajiran Kel Chaudhry Khan Wali, President Private School Association Aftab Tabassum, and Teacher of Pilot High School Athmuqam Syed Ashfaq Bukhari, said that the Army Public School tragedy is an unforgettable tragedy in the history of Pakistan.

December 16, 2014 is such a heartbreaking event, the memory of which has been disturbing our hearts for a decade. These little children faced unbearable cruelty and barbarity on that day and were martyred.
The families and parents who lost their loved ones in this horrific tragedy, whose lives were taken away from them, share the grief and pain equally. The speakers said that the nation should remember that Fitna-ul-Kharij and other terrorist anti-national groups like them have no connection with religion nor with any social values. At the behest of foreign anti-national elements, these cowards target innocent people to achieve their nefarious goals. The entire nation stands like a leaden wall against these cowardly terrorists and will continue to stand, God willing. The Kashmiri nation pays tribute to them and the sacrifices of their families. Finally, prayers were offered for the eternal peace of the martyrs. The rally was attended by Sub-Inspector Food Authority Khawaja Mumtaz, Chief Officer of the Municipality Rana Alif Din, civil society, students, journalists, teachers and (retd) Naib Tehsildar Raja Farman Ali. Maulana Qasimuddin also offered special prayers for the security of the country in the rally.
