The difficulties that the young police employees are facing not only reflect their personal suffering but also highlight the need for reform of the entire police system. Usman Zafar Butt Advocate said that if the current unfavorable conditions are looked at closely, the anxiety, anxiety and exploitation within the police are very clear.

He said that the allowances given to the police employees are very low and the allowances they receive are not enough with the current cost of living.

Basic benefits like uniform washing allowance, house rent, and medical allowance are so low that it is not possible to meet the needs of police employees. Such low allowances, facilities, and privileges are also a serious joke and toy with these employees. Advocate Usman Zafar Butt said that these allowances are like putting cumin in the mouth of a camel. The situation of the police is not like this in any modern, civilized, developed country.

Police officers work round the clock and serve the public, but their salaries and privileges do not justify their hard work. In addition, they have to spend their own money on essential resources like petrol, stationery, and transportation of prisoners. He said that the upper class uses police officers for their personal purposes.

This unfair distribution creates more anxiety and frustration within the police. A few elements are approved or liked by the ruling class. Who resort to every illegal tactic to fulfill their expansionist ambitions and resort to high tactics and exploit the people in the worst way. There are such black sheep in every field whose elimination is a source of joy for the society.

Young policemen who come to the police force for a job. They are facing disappointment about their future. Many policemen, who had recently joined the NTS, have left this job and many have migrated abroad in search of a better future. Usman Zafar Butt Advocate said that the disappointment of the youth is actually dissatisfaction with this institution, the higher authorities will have to think about it and end the disappointment.
