Muzaffarabad (UrduPoint News Today / Pakistan Point News - NNI - December 22, 2024) Kashmiri Children's Day will be celebrated for the seventh time in the state's history on January 4, 2025, under the auspices of Red to Green Jammu and Kashmir. These views were expressed by the founder leader of Red to Green Sakhawat Saduzai, Liaquat Bashir Farooqui in a statement. He said that the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Chaudhry Anwarul Haq should immediately announce the restoration of the celebration of Kashmiri Children's Day.

Chief Organizer Red to Green Jammu Kashmir and others said that the Prime Minister should help us in paying tribute to the children of Indian occupation on both sides of the state by celebrating Kashmiri Children's Day at the official level. Liaquat Bashir Farooqi and Sakhawat Saduzai further said that for the sixth time in the history of the state, Kashmiri Children's Day will be celebrated across the state on January 4, 2025, on the call of Red to Green Jammu Kashmir. This time, in memory of the martyred and atrocities-afflicted children of Jammu Kashmir, as well as the innocent Palestinian children and citizens who were martyred in the Israeli bombing in Palestine, we will also pay tribute to these great martyrs by dedicating the spring tree plantation campaign on the land of Jammu Kashmir. This time, Red to Green Jammu Kashmir will dedicate the spring tree plantation campaign to the names of Kashmiri and Palestinian children. These views were expressed by Sakhawat Saduzai and Liaquat Bashir Farooqi, the chief organizers of the social organization Red to Green Jammu Kashmir, while talking to journalists. They said that the citizens of Jammu Kashmir and Palestine are the most oppressed nations in the world.

On whom mountains of atrocities are being broken, the silence of the United Nations, international human rights organizations and the international community on human rights violations in both regions is a double standard, the world should immediately stop the ongoing atrocities in Palestine, and an independent Palestine should be recognized, Sakhawat Saduzai said that we pay tribute to the oppressed flowers and buds of Jammu and Kashmir and this year's tree plantation campaign is dedicated to the great children of Jammu and Kashmir who sacrificed their today for the nation's tomorrow.

As per tradition, we have attributed them to them, this time we are also assigning the names of the oppressed Palestinians, we demand the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Chaudhry Anwarul Haq to issue a notification to restore the official celebration of Kashmiri Children's Day on a permanent basis on January 4. In the past, in the year 2019 and the year 2020, the government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir has expressed solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiri children by celebrating Kashmiri Children's Day twice on our movement.

And an effective message was given by planting the national tree named after him, the Chinese plane tree. Sakhawat Saduzai said that we, the people of Jammu and Kashmir, are trying to draw the world's attention to Jammu and Kashmir through peaceful activities. On January 4, we will start a tree plantation campaign in the name of the children of Jammu and Kashmir and Palestine. We appeal to Kashmiri citizens spread across the world to celebrate January 4 as Kashmiri Children's Day and support Red to Green Jammu and Kashmir in the spring tree plantation campaign on this occasion. We are trying to attract the new generation not only to tree plantation but also to tree cultivation. Sakhawat Saduzai and Liaquat Bashir Farooqui said that tree plantation is not only a Sunnah but also a symbol of resistance against oppression and barbarity through credible activities. It is expected that the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir will help us this year as every year in paying tribute to their oppressed children.
